V Sparu se ne dobi več onih njihovih karamel? :cry: Sem jih danes iskala v 2-eh trgovinah, ker rabim za en recept, pa sem potem morala kupit Werther's, ah.

Kje še dobim mešanico semen, na tak način kot ima Spar Natur Pur? Rada dam v kruh to, ko ga pečem, so mi ful dobra.

Kako pa izgleda, ne najdem nič na Googlu. A misliš to Natura? :) Bom pogledala, hvala. Čeprav so mi mala pakiranja bolj priročna, ker ne pečem/jem tako pogosto kruha, pa ne bi rada, da se mi sušijo.

Od kar sem v Mariboru, v študentskem domu, obupno jem. Sploh nimam nekega urnika, ker se orientiram glede na faks. Torej, rabim nasvet, kaj bi si lahko zdravega pripravila npr. za zajtrk ali kosilo, glede na to, da imamo štedilnik, pečice pa ne. Reees so dobrodošle ideje, ker če ne bo od mene ostala samo še kepa "špeha" ! :rtfm:

Sarah, tako mešanico semen ima tudi Mercator (prav njihova znamka). Mislim, da gre za mešanico bučnih, sončničnih in lanenih semen. Je pa majhno pakiranje, mislim, da 250 g ali nekaj takega. :)

 Jaz pa kupujem semena v Tušu, jih imajo pakirane v majhnih plastičnih posodicah, tako kot recimo oreščke in suho sadje. Nimajo pa vedno.
