Mislim, da ste že večkrat omenile, da v Hoferju kupujete mehiško zelenjavo, ampak jaz sem že gledala, vendr je nisem našla. A to se prav tako imenuje, mehiška?

Ja, to sem tudi jaz že slišala. Jaz sicer uporabljam rjavega, ampak bom zdaj tega kupila.

Temen rjavi sladkor, kot je muscovado ipd., ni ravno bullshit. Vsebuje več mineralov kot rafinirani beli, ki so mu ti popolnoma odvzeti. Največjo vsebnost ima pa melasa, v tekoči obliki.

Vprašanje za vse tiste, ki hodite v službo. Kaj jeste vmes? Jaz delam od 9h do 17h in imam od 13h do 14h čas za "kosilo". Ampak nimam pojma kaj naj jem. Lahko si kaj prinesem s sabo, ampak tudi ne vem kaj. Rada bi pa da je zdravo, zato sendviči odpadejo. Mogoče kako sadje? Kaj ve jeste?

Zakaj? Saj so lahko zdravi. PZ kruh, dosti zelenjave, sir z manj maščobe, avokado, tuna ...

Uf Ana, jaz sem imela takrat isti delavnik in sem si čisto uničila želodec v prvih dveh tednih. :S Potem sem pa ful pazila, in kot je Jina napisala, si pripravi kak zdrav sendvič, pa kake oreške, jogurte ipd. vzemi. Pa jaz sem šla včasih ven na kak delno zdrav fast food (na tajske rezance z zelenjavo, juho ipd. - ampak ne vem, če imaš tam v bližini kaj takega). Jaz sem imela sicer samo 30min za kosilo, ena ura je že kar veliko, greš lahko ven kaj pojest, če je kaj ugodnega v bližini.
