V Hoferju imajo pirine testenine? A mi ena priti priti plis nalepi sliko, ker jaz jih NIKOLI ne najdem, mislim, stojim pred testeninami, ampak pirinih ne vidim. Navadne so, BIO, polnozrnate.

Jaz od testenin jem predvsem špagete in široke rezance, pa torteline, redkeje polžke in to je to, ostalih sploh ne maram,

peresniki in svedri so mi najhujši.

^^ ma ne vem če je res, jaz recimo obožujem testenine (vse, od belih do PZ, pa pirinih, riževih, ajdovih etc) ampak recimo TEH ne morem, prav ogabni so mi ne morem. Po eni strani jaz tudi mislim, da testenine so pač testenine, po drugi pa ne vem. Tortelinov videt ne morem, ampak to najbrž zaradi polnil.

Valoviti rezanci so mi super. Jaz mislim, da so enake (pač glede na linije oz. znotraj linij), samo po oblikah se razlikujejo.

P moje prav moka iz bulgurja zmleta. Bulgur so taka majhna zrnca, kot kus kus.

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Bulgur je narejen iz durum pšenice s posebnim postopkom parjenja, sušenja in drobljenja. Zaradi takšnega postopka ohrani večino hranljivih snovi. Ker je odporen na plesen in druge bolezni žit, je mnogo obstojnejši in ga lahko hranimo dalj časa... Po moje je tudi moka, zmleta iz bulgurja.
