Zadnje cajte ful kuhaš in vse se tako dobro sliši... Kako si naredila tole gyros omako, predvidevam da si uporabila Spar veggie gyros?

Ja, sem. Ampak samo za osnovo, ker sem skuhala za oba za dva dni. Zraven sem dala še domačo paradižnikovo omako in malo čilijeve, pa na koščke narezan tofu, papriko in česen, zalila z malo rdečega vina ter vse skupaj dušila kakšnih 20, 25 minut.
Kuham pa res redno, pa večinoma vegansko.

Jaz najvec rdeco leco uporabljam - ce na olju preprazis cebulo, dodas leco in jo skuhas v kokosovem mleku s curry zacimbami (lahko das not kako zlico tistega rumenega curryja v prahu ali katero od kupljenih past) pa das zraven not se cvetaco/brokoli/papriko/krompir/ohrovt + cili/cesen in kak timijan/kumino, pride ful dobro (en enostaven recept je tukaj). Zraven pa ponavadi naredim basmati riz (skuhas v rahlo osoljeni vodi, kamor lahko das zraven se kumino/kardamom). Cez pa svez petersilj/koriander/zeleno cebulico, pa kake nasekljane prazene indijske orescke/hrustljavo cebulo.
Razne enoloncnice in hladne solate so tudi fajn ideje (slednje sploh a rjavo/crno leco, ker se ne razkuha tako zelo kot rdeca).
Sem sla za hec pogledat na Rouxbe, kaj imajo pod recepti, ti jih bom par skopirala:
Tomato & Lentil Soup
- 1 medium red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 small, green chilies
- 12 fresh curry leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 - 28 oz cans whole tomatoes
- 1 cup red lentils
- 2 cups stock
- 1 tbsp coconut oil*
- 1 tsp sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- fresh cilantro (to taste)
- 1 lemon
- chili flakes (optional)
To prepare your mise en place, finely dice the onion. Mince the garlic and chilies. Remove the curry leaves from the stem and set aside.
Set up a strainer over a bowl. Break open each whole tomato and remove the seeds, allowing the juice to collect in the bowl below. Place the de-seeded tomatoes into a separate bowl and roughly chop with kitchen scissors. Measure out the 2 cups of the strained tomato juice. Set aside.
Gather the stock, red lentils, cumin and oil and set aside.
To make the soup, heat a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-low heat and add the oil, followed by the onions, garlic and chilies.
*Note: If desired, omit the oil and dry-sauté the onions, garlic and chilies with a bit of vegetable stock or water.
Sweat until the onions are translucent, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add the cumin and curry leaves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute or so.
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato juice, stock, salt and season with pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add the lentils and continue to simmer until the lentils are cooked through, about 20 minutes or so.
Once the lentils are cooked through, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
For a thicker texture, you may want to partially blend the soup with an immersion blender.
Serve the soup in warmed bowls and garnish with chopped cilantro, freshly squeezed lemon and chili flakes.

This deliciously healthy lentil stew is made with lentils, tomatoes, onion, carrot, celery, white wine and stock. To serve, it's garnished with a beautiful mix of Chinese broccoli, cherry tomatoes, garlic, chili flakes and olive oil.
Lentil Coconut Soup
- 1 white onion
- 1 - 2 inch" piece ginger (2 tbsp minced)
- 1/2 red serrano pepper, or to taste*
- 1 tbsp coriander seed*
- 4 tsp whole cumin seeds*
- 1 1/2 cups red lentils
- 4 cups vegetable stock (or water)
- 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp coconut or grapeseed oil*
- 2 fresh lemons (2 tbsp zest + 5 tbsp lemon juice)
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 ripe avocado
- dried chile flakes, garnish

To prepare your mise en place, dice the onions and mince the ginger and serrano pepper. *Note: Cayenne pepper, to taste, can be used instead. This soup really does benefit from a bit of heat, but the amount you add is ultimately up to you.
Next, gather the rest of the ingredients.
*Note: If you do not like whole spices, you can use ground cumin and/or coriander, but keep in mind that you will end up with slightly different results.
To cook the soup, heat a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Toast the coriander and cumin for approximately 1-2 minutes, or until they just start to smoke and release their aroma.
Next, add the oil, followed by the onions and serrano pepper. Cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until the onions are soft, translucent and starting to brown.
*Note: If desired, omit the oil and dry-sauté the onions with a bit of vegetable stock or water.
Next, add the ginger, lentils, stock, coconut milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer, turn the heat to low, cover and let cook for 40 minutes or until the lentils are totally soft and broken down. Stir occasionally to ensure the lentils are not sticking to the bottom of the pot. If needed, add more water or stock until you reach your desired consistency.
Meanwhile, zest and juice the lemons. Chop the cilantro and set aside.
To finish the soup, add the lemon juice, lemon zest and cilantro. Serve into warmed bowls and top with diced avocado and more cilantro and/or chili flakes, if desired.

Res se vse, kar kuhaš, izredno okusno in mamljivo sliši
. Mi je smotano, ker dosti jedi ne bi pripravila samo zato, ker ne pripravljam škrobnatih zadev, ko sama kuham. Jih že za zajtrk ali pa tudi ob drugih obrokih, ko sem zdoma, zadosti pojem :/.
