S sirom, kot že samo ime pove. Drugačno pojmovanje sirov imamo; kar je v Sloveniji sir, je v Srbiji kačkavalj, poleg tega pa se sir, ki se uporablja za sirnico in podobno, razlikuje od slovenske skute.

Ja vem da s sirom, ampak men se zdi ta sir enak kot pri nas skuta, vsaj tisti sveži sir, ki ga kupim na Hrvaškem.

Kaj je to hokaido buča, a ona sladka? Kremno juho lahko. Ali pa pecivo, kake brownije ali cupcakese. Jaz sem jo tudi nekaj dni nazaj kupila, bom delala brownije.

Odrezi pecelj, daj semena ven, narezi na krhlje/rezine (ni treba lupit), skuhaj v malo vode, daj notri kaksna zelisca (npr. timijan, poper ...), malo jusne zacimbe in kokosove mascobe. Po zelji lahko das notri tudi malo smetane (ali malo namaza iz soncninih semen). Ko se buca zmehca, zmiksaj s palicnim mesalnikom do gladkega.

Poročam o hokaido buči: full mi je bila všeč juha, in škoda, da sem to bučo šele sedaj odkrila.

Naredila sem jo malo drugače, kot je rekla Anouk, in sicer: najprej sem jo razrezala in odstranila semena. Nato sem jo oprala.
Na olivnem olju sem pocvrla česen in čebulo, dodala bučo, začimbe. Nato sem pražila 15 minut. Na koncu sem še dodala pol litra
zelenjavne juhe (skuhane iz kocke) in tenstala še 15 minut. Kar morate narediti na koncu je še, da jo zmiksate, da ni kosov.

Res je: božanska!!!! Zagotovo bo spet na jedilniku. :) Na koncu sem dodala še malo bazilike, smetane pa ne, ker je nisem imela.
Ampak ni popolnoma nič manjkalo.

jaz sem hokaido včeraj naredila na ta način ampak je nisem naredila za ˝v solato˝ ampak kot prilogo. dala sem jo na pekač brez peki papirja, malo polila z olivnim oljem, dodala zraven par koščkov masla, solila in dodala začimbe. Za začimbe sem pa uporabila žajbelj, malo origana, baziliko, malo mletega česna in pa mešanico mediteranskih začimb. meni je bla odlična.

kolikor vem (in sem jedla v Indoneziji), je to arašidna omaka, ki se daje poleg njihovih ražnjičev - satay so ti ražnjiči, ponavadi piščančji.
po moje lahko narediš tut sticky rice in ga namakaš v to omako.

Kako ve pripravljate cvetačo? Danes je to na jedilniku, ampak ker ni ravno moja najbljubša jed, bi jo morda rada pripravila kako drugače, morda kej posebnega?

jaz naredim pire :D Skuham jo (vendar NE razukham), nato pa dodam malo masla in jo speštam. Ne dodajam mleka/kisle smetane, ker ima že sama po sebi dovolj vode. Še boljše je, če dodaš tudi brokoli.
