Naredila sem jo malo drugače, kot je rekla Anouk, in sicer: najprej sem jo razrezala in odstranila semena. Nato sem jo oprala.
Na olivnem olju sem pocvrla česen in čebulo, dodala bučo, začimbe. Nato sem pražila 15 minut. Na koncu sem še dodala pol litra
zelenjavne juhe (skuhane iz kocke) in tenstala še 15 minut. Kar morate narediti na koncu je še, da jo zmiksate, da ni kosov.
Res je: božanska!!!! Zagotovo bo spet na jedilniku.

Ampak ni popolnoma nič manjkalo.

Tisti ingver na koncu naredi res čudež. Komaj čakam, da jo bom spet skuhala!

Poročam o hokaido buči: full mi je bila všeč juha, in škoda, da sem to bučo šele sedaj odkrila.
Naredila sem jo malo drugače, kot je rekla Anouk, in sicer: najprej sem jo razrezala in odstranila semena. Nato sem jo oprala.

jaz sem hokaido včeraj naredila na ta način ampak je nisem naredila za ˝v solato˝ ampak kot prilogo. dala sem jo na pekač brez peki papirja, malo polila z olivnim oljem, dodala zraven par koščkov masla, solila in dodala začimbe. Za začimbe sem pa uporabila žajbelj, malo origana, baziliko, malo mletega česna in pa mešanico mediteranskih začimb. meni je bla odlična.
