Jaz tudi ne jem več cottage, ampak ta Jinin recept bom pa pomoje probala, mora bit beljakovinska bomba za po treningu.

A ne obstaja lep slovenski izraz skuta?

Skuta je zame nekaj drugega, to je kvečjemu zrnat sir, ali nekaj takega, no.. skuta ziher ni :lol:

Meni piše v drobnem tisku (tam ko so sestavine itd.) skuta, posneta iz pasteriziranega mleka. Sicer pa Cottage Cheese.
Ne vem, meni je malce drugačen kot skuta, zato sem raje napisala cottage, da se ve, o čem govorim.

Iz riževih rezancev sem 1x delala in so se mi čisto razkuhali, pa dala sem jih res minimalno časa v vodo. :( Bom poskusila morda še 1x z njimi...

Pač ni pasirana.


Bwoo, jaz ne bi rekla. Meni ima skuta čisto drugi okus, pa saj obstaja tudi nepasirana skuta, pa tudi je tudi dokaj daleč od cottage cheesa po okusu.

Saj je ena vrsta skute, očitno, ampak če bi jaz vprašala "kako jeste skuto", bi dobila čisto druge odgovore. Ker pač nobena ne bi vedela, da govorim o točno določeni vrsti skute, cottage siru. Mi pač nimamo ustreznega prevoda za to vrsto, ne moreš pa nadpomenke uporabljat, ker potem dobi čisto drug pomen.

Ne, skuta je drugo, kot zrnati sir. Meggle pa Dukat imata dobrega. Tudi v Hoferju je fajn.

Skuta pasirana/nepasirana je pa drugo.

Hvala za odgovore. Čudno, ker cottage cheese se pač v slovenščino ponavadi prevaja kot skuta, zato me je zanimalo.

Ja, nas so v OŠ in srednji učili, da je skuta cottage cheese. Pa skuta, kot jo poznamo mi, v Bosni in Srbiji npr. ne obstaja.

Jaz enkrat z rižem (ga popekla na kokos. maščobi, čebuli, dodala malo rastlinske smetane, korenčka, paradajza - po želji), enkrat pa s pašto, približno enako narejenega. Obakrat narezanega na majhne kocke.

Hvala ti!
Sem potem improvizirala (danes sem ga prvič pripravljala), popekla sem ga s papriko in arašidi in dodala malo sojine + ostrigine omake. Zraven pa riž, ful je bilo dobro.
