Ne vem, meni je malce drugačen kot skuta, zato sem raje napisala cottage, da se ve, o čem govorim.
Iz riževih rezancev sem 1x delala in so se mi čisto razkuhali, pa dala sem jih res minimalno časa v vodo.

Pač ni pasirana.
Bwoo, jaz ne bi rekla. Meni ima skuta čisto drugi okus, pa saj obstaja tudi nepasirana skuta, pa tudi je tudi dokaj daleč od cottage cheesa po okusu.

Sem potem improvizirala (danes sem ga prvič pripravljala), popekla sem ga s papriko in arašidi in dodala malo sojine + ostrigine omake. Zraven pa riž, ful je bilo dobro.

S čim pa je narejena sirnica?Ja, nas so v OŠ in srednji učili, da je skuta cottage cheese. Pa skuta, kot jo poznamo mi, v Bosni in Srbiji npr. ne obstaja.
