Nasiti te za dolgo časa in da energijo. Jaz to spijem ob pol 7ih, potem pa jem ob pol 12ih.

Jaz tudi zajtrkujem ob 6h, potem pa do kosila v službi, ob 11h/12h navadno, ne jem nič.

Zanimivo.. no to pri meni ziher ne bi šlo, ker ne morem bit brez zajtrka.

Jaz imam do kosila 3 zajtrke med tednom...skuto ob 6, nekaj konkretnega okrog 9, nekaj z jogurtom ob 2h, potem kosilo ob4h in še večerjo ob 7h.
danes
jogurt+ovseni kosmiči + pol granatnega jabolka + suha hruška
skuta
2 tortilji s piščancem in zelenjavo, solata (motovilec + rukola)
košček domače pice, par vilic solate (zelje/fižol)
kremšnita in preostanek granatnega jabolka
sumim da še nekaj skute...Ker mi je tok slabo, jaoooo...

Jaz jem zajtrk pred sedmo in kosilo ob 12. uri, pa imam vmes tudi malico (npr. 2 jabolki ali banana ali pa jogurt in kakšen keks), ni šans, da zdržim brez.

2 kosa pice od včeraj, po vrhu guacamole
solata: radič in kuhan krompir
2 koščka čokolade
sadni čaj
napolitanke (6 komadov)
malo brstičnega ohrovta
mandarina

Zanimivo.. no to pri meni ziher ne bi šlo, ker ne morem bit brez zajtrka.
Jaz sem tudi to mislila, samo na ketonski se te zadeve ful spremenijo. Ker telo navadiš, da kuri lastne maščobe, včasih tud cel dan ne jem nič in normalno funkcioniram, tud treniram normalno.

crni caj, sveze stisnjen sok iz rdecih pomaranc
juha z zdrobovimi cmoki, rizota, malo solate
cokoladni milka srcki (joj, ful presladko, ma ni bilo drugega)
za vecerjo spet juha s cmoki, popecen toast z namazom x2
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.
