Kopi Luwak - tista indonezijska, katere zrna prebavijo in pokakajo živalce?
Pomoje ja. V eni temi je Immortelle objavila video, kako pridelujejo to kavo. Živali imajo zaprte v kletkah in jih filajo s to kavo, dokler ne umrejo, v glavnem ogabno.

Danes sem šla po dolgem času jest v eno bolj fancy menzo in ne grem nikoli več Zmanjkalo je menija, ki ni imel živalskih sestavin,
zato so mi sicer prijazno ponudili, da mi lahko pripravijo sejtan na žaru... Slišalo se je dobro. Kuharica je naredila samo to, da je razpakirala
gumijast sejtan iz trgovine in ga vrgla na žar, katastrofa.
Včasih me je sram, po kakšnih cenah prodajajo nadomestke za meso v trgovinah, ker so nekateri tako zanič/gumijasti/brez okusa, da jih tudi zastonj ne bi hotel.

Jaz si sploh ne predravljam sejtana na žaru pečenega. Če je suh, je ogaben, kot čigumi. Jaz ga zato leta nisem marala, ker ga nisem znala dobro pripravit.

Meni je v kavi všeč mandljevo in ovseno. Pijem tudi riževo in kokosovo, ampak sta mi prva dva bolj všeč. Sojino mi pa sploh ni všeč, ne v kavi, ne kje drugje.

Jinadaze, se strinjam. Je pa domač 100x boljši kot v trgovini, pravzaprav je praktično neprimerljiv.

Meni je najbolj enostaven recept za osnovno maso: Moka, pecilni, sladkor, sol, rastlinsko mleko, rastlinsko maslo (npr. kokosovo), vanilin ali aroma vanilije.
Banana tudi super pride, ker naredi biskvit sočen, potem pa dodajaš ostale sestavine po želji.

Za cokoladne jaz ponavadi delam po tem (zdaj vcasih tudi ze malo "na uc" naredim, ce sem prelena, da bi merila ):
190 g moke
100 g sladkorja
1/2 zlicke soli
1 zlicka sode bikarbone
30 g kakava v prahu
2 zlicki ekstrakta vanilije (ali zavitek vanilijevega sladkorja)
80 ml soncnicnega olja
1 zlica jabolcnega kisa
240 ml vode (ali rastlinskega mleka)
V maso lahko dodas po zelji se kak mlet ingver, cimet ali kaj podobnega (lahko tudi pol zrele in fajn pretlacene banane recimo), jaz modelcke za mafine napolnim kar z rocko za delanje kepic sladoleda (se mi zdi, da je manj packanja kot z zlico), potem pa lahko v vsak mafin potisnes se par jagod, mogoce kak lesnik, manjsi koscek cokolade. Peces pribl. 15 min na 175C.

200g moke
Po želji 100-150g mlete čokolade (ali kakava - pri tem je treba dodati nekaj žlic več sladkorja)
100g prave čokolade (po želji)
1/2 žličke cimeta
1 pecilni prašek
2 jajci
2 žlici olja
3-4 žlice sladkorja
200g mleka (lahko tudi rastlinsko mleko ali jabolčni sok)
sadje po želji
100g mandljev po želji
Najprej zmesaš suhe sestavine (moka, cimet, pecilni), potem mokre (sladkor - ja, med mokre spada

Danes so v bistvu še boljši, en dan po pečenju... (no pač tista 2, ki sta ostala). Nisem sicer dala kokosovega mleka, ampak kar vodo, pa kokosovo maščobo.

Ne, berem pa, da je ful preslana tista z gobami, s papriko pa naj bi bila dobra.
