Danes je bilo celodnevno nažiranje:

 

kava z lešnikovim mlekom

nekaj limoninih piškotov

smoothie: 2 banani, chia, kurkuma

krožnik jote s pol hrenovke

smoothie: banana, konopljini proteini, ovsen napitek, kurkuma

kvinoja z omako iz gob in korenja, mlade čebule in sveže bazilike

mešana solata

limonini piškoti, pomarančni sok

2 toasta z namazom šiitake, pol zelene paprike
