Bila na Kamniškem sedlu. Lepota vse naokoli. Žal je bilo premegleno še za na Planjavo. Pa drugič...

1ura orbitreka + 20min steperja

Pa začela bom mal po štengah doma hitro hodit gor pa dol, pa kej s kolebnco skakat. Pa vaje za krepitev riti in nog delat, obvezno.

Zdej kšn teden spet mal tečem nazaj.
Danes šla že na starih 5km in mi ni delalo problemov.

Po dveh tednih premora sem se znova odpravila tečt. Je bilo bolj naporno, kot sem pričakovala.
