Spet sem delala tole in tokrat je popolnoma uspelo, še vedno se ne morem načuditi aquafabi. : ))
Z balonastim nastavkom mi aquafaba prejšnjič sploh ni uspela, tokrat sem mešala z navadno metlico in se je takoj v celoti spenila ter v nekaj minutah strdila.

Zanimivo to z nastavki - meni ravno z balonastim najhitreje uspe, ne vem, v cem je hec (se posebej, ce predpostavim, da na metlicah/v posodi za stepanje ni ostankov mascobe). Vem, da so nekateri porocali, da jim v steklenih in kovinskih posodah bolj dosledno uspe stepanje do "stiff peaks" ravno zaradi tega. But hey, whatever floats the boat (and gets the mousse on the table ).

Pojma nimam, obakrat sem delala v visoki plastični posodi, ki jo dobiš poleg paličnega mešalnika in, v kateri se smetana iz kravjega mleka z balonastim nastavkom stepe brez težav. Aquafaba se je pa lepo spenila samo na vrhu oz. približno do polovice, spodaj je pa ves čas ostajala tekoča.
Pa res! Cedijo se mi sline po vmešanem tofuju.Svoje mesto v tej temi si zasluži tudi Kinky-jin blog

Saj pri smetani je vec mascobe=bolje, kar se stepanja tice (zato so tudi veganske smetane ponavadi manj kompaktne oz. hitreje zacnejo zgubljat obliko).
A z obicajnimi metlicami si potem v isti posodi stepala?

Danes sem prvič jedla to čokolado, finaaa je, ful ima lešnikov okus, edino malo je presladka.

V Backwerku imajo tudi vegansko ponudbo. Burek, wrape in sendviče. Možno da tudi muslije in kavo.

Res je! Imajo še bagels, pa sadni jogurt z musliji. Kar sem probala, je vse ful dobro! (edino bagel sem enkrat dobila čisto suh kruh)

Zdaj se nova v Lj. odpira na Rimski. Je tudi že na Bledu, in sicer ZaŽiv. Sploh nisem poznala. Saj bo počasi
