Ampak sorbet ni isto kot sladoled, teh je dosti veganskih.

 

Meni zmaga vanilijev iz Špara, drugače pa so dobri tudi od Valsoie, lučke/korneti in v posodici.

Probala sem tudi Indy&Pippo par okusov, čokolada je bila super, ostalo pa tako-tako.

 

Pa temna čokolada z malino pri Cacao-tu je božanski okus. Drugega od sladoledov v SLO pa ne poznam.

Valsojini korneti so tudi meni odlicni, ja.

Pri sorbetih sem isto zbircna, ampak ta mangov s pasijonko je res super.

Zadnjic sem videla en recept, kjer uporabijo glutensko moko, zacimbe in malo vode in potem vse skupaj dajo v aparat za kruh. Se mi je zdela genialna ideja (z veliko manj packanja).

Zakaj točno je jabolčni kis potreben pri peki in ali se ga lahko nadomesti z limono?

Lahko, ja. Ponavadi zato, da reagira s sodo bikarbono in se zacnejo sproscat mehurcki CO2 (v pecilnem prasku to funkcijo prevzame vinski Kamen Oz. Cream of tartar).

Zdajle sem delala palačinke (moka, mleko, sol) pa mi niso čisto uspele. Bile so malo predebele in so se limale na zobe pa pirino mleko je bilo presladko. Bom drugič tele samo z moko in mineralno vodo.

Jaz jih delam iz moke, malo pecilnega (da so bolj rahle), scepca soli, sojinega mleka in malo olja (po zelji lahko dodas se malo cimeta, vanilije ali ingverja v prahu). Maso pustim stat ene 10 min, da se moka napne, potem pa po potrebi se malo razredcim z mlekom/vodo. Zdaj imava eno novo ponev in sem ugotovila, da se lepse specejo, ce ne dodajam olja v ponev, preden notri vlijem maso, tako da jih pecem v suhi, dobro ogreti ponvi na srednjem ognju. Moras se malo igrat, da dobis obcutek in vidis, kako dolocena kombinacija sestavin in pripomockov vpliva na koncni rezultat :). Jaz sem parkrat kiksnila s tem, da sem naredila preredko maso in/ali dodala sladkor.

Aha, pecilni, to sem spustila. Probam drugič še s tem dokler ne bodo popolne.

Meni je vse kar struggle, skoz na hrano mislim pa sploh ne, da bi bila lačna, ampak na možnosti kaj bi vse probala pa kaj moram izpopolniti. En reset bi morala narediti v kuhinji in pozabiti na vse, ker konvencionalno znanje ne pomaga dosti. Pa še solato sovražim :D

Solato fliknes s sadjem vred v blender, done deal! :D Moja trenutna obsesija so banane+mango+ingver+motovilec(+zmleta lanena semena). Jaz tudi nisem hud solatar tipa "si bova naredila vsak eno veliko skledo za vecerjo", fant pa se toliko manj ;) 

 

Drugace je pa malo lovljenja, ja, ceprav jaz kaksnega hudega predhodnega kuharskega znanja itak nisem imela - me je v bistvu veganstvo pripravilo do tega, da sem zacela bit aktivna v kuhinji, ker mami ni vedela, kaj bi z mano ;)

Ok, ok, napačno sem se izrazila. Pač tisto, da bi na skledo solate S KISOM (ki ga pa res prav sovražim) gledala kot obrok.

Jaz kisa ne uporabljam, razen balzamičnega včasih. Vedno si stisnem par kapljic limone. Pa popečen mariniran tofu mi je nasploh božanski na vseh vrstah solate.

Nope, sva je pa letos nekaj posejala, tako da bova videla, ce bo kaj razlike ;) Ponavadi kupim mesano mladolistno solato (mesanica zelenih in rdecih listov, pese in rukole), najboljse mi je pa itak kombinirana s sadjem (jagode, breskve), orehi in ciceriko, limoninim sokom (ali kaksnim res blagim sadnim kisom, ki je bolj sladek kot kaj drugega) in oljem (olivnim, orehovim). Redko se spravim doma kaksne posebne prelive delat, to je bolj tascina domena (pa se to morda parkrat na leto, ker tudi ni videt, da bi imeli solato pri kosilu/vecerji na nacin kot Slovenci recimo).

Podgana, za neomejeno število idej najbolje, da se prijaviš v kakšno večjo skupino na FB, npr. What fat vegans eat :D

prav neverjetno je, kako kreativen se da biti tudi brez živalskih živil.
