Zdaj že nekaj časa nima dodanega sladkorja, so spremenili formulo. :) Meni se ni zdelo, da bi bilo kaj čudnega priokusa.

V enem receptu sem zasledila kot sestavino vrečko šlag pene, ki jo pripraviš po navodilih. Ali kdo ve, kolikšna količina smetane pride iz tega ven

oziroma kako bi to poveganila, ker sam prašek šlag pene vsebuje mleko.

Ni mi jasna količina citronke - 1/8 od 5 ml? : )

Krema se sicer ravno hladi, zanimivo, da se okusa aquafabe sploh ne zazna, vsaj ne v neprijetnem smislu. :woot:

Ganache sem delala s Soyatoo riževo kremo/smetano, sem zadovoljna, dobila sem pravo teksturo, a brez priokusa.

Ja, samo zdi se mi zelo malo. Sem dala na oko zelo malo. : ) No sej, ja, dve kapljici, uporabila sem par zrnc citronke in še nekaj limoninega soka.

Ja, osmino cajne zlicke - moje grejo samo do 1/4 tsp, tako da dam polovicko tiste. Ne rabis veliko, kar je meni super, ker niso potem vse sladice na temo limonade ;)

Za smetano smo pa ponavadi uporabile alpro sojino za kuhanje ali pa tisto zgosceno kremo, ki se nabere na vrhu konzerve kokosovega mleka, ko jo postavis v hladilnik, in je oboje fajn prislo.

A, razumem :) Drugace pa ja, pripomore k penjenju (meni je najbolj komot uporabit citronko, ker jo lahko imam dlje casa na zalogi, drugace gre pa menda tudi z limoninim sokom, kisom, cream of tartar oz. vinski kamnom). 

 

Sporoci, kako si zadovoljna s koncnim rezultatom :)

Sem že malo testirala : D, okus mi je dober, samo trdo ni še nič, ampak sem sama kriva, sem nekaj čarala pri stepanju. : ) Še maline sem si pripravila kot prilogo.

Sem se končno odločila za nakup in se preizkusila vse okuse, pa moram rečt, da sem precej razočarana. :(

Najboljša sta mi bila čokolada in lešnik, sicer pa noben ni nek blazen presežek okusa. Sploh glede na ceno. Pri borovnici in malini sem se kar trudila, da sem lahkodo konca pojedla, ker mi sploh nista bila dobra. 

 

Bom ostala pri svojem domačem sladoledu - zmrzneno sadje + malo kokosovega mleka + blender.

Danes sem v supermarketu zapazila, da imajo Swedish Glace vanilijo in sem jo hitro pospravila v kosarico :D Ampak moram rect, da sem malo razocarana (sicer je sladoled dovolj mehak, da ga lahko takoj postrezes, ne tako kot recimo Indy&Pippa lesnik, ki je trd kot kamen), ampak se cuti sojin priokus (ne ful, ampak dovolj, da bi nakljucni degustator zastrigel z usesi) - mi je bil sojin sladoled iz Spara boljsi. 

 

Sem pa zapazila, da imajo na NL tudi Professor Grunschnabel sladoled - ga je ze katera poskusila (na potovanju/v Slo)?

Na NL zaenkrat se vedno prisegam na tega (nimam nobenih pripomb, tudi drugi, ki so ga bili delezni, so vsi po vrsti prisli po repete):

Za bananin sladoled si bom morala pa manjsi multipraktik omislit (se kar odlasam z nakupom, ker se ne morem odlocit glede velikosti posode in zmogljivosti motorja).
