Meni se pa zdi zelo uporaben, npr. za poveganizirat kakšne recepte, ki v osnovi niso veganski.

Jaz sem jih že gledala v DMu, nisem jih pa še uspela poskusit.
Odlična majoneza, sem vzela, ker niso imeli Plamil.

Se opravičujem za zakasnel odziv
Recept za biskvit sem pri obeh tortah uporabila enak, le da sem za drugo torto dala več pecilnega praška, da je naraslo dovolj za narezat na pol.
Zelo enostavno: KLIK
Pekla sem v običajnem tortnem modelu (26 cm?) cca 35 min na 180°C.
Potem sem na biskvit za prvo torto dala cel kozarec višenj (višnjev kompot iz Hofra), v vodo od kompota sem pa vmešala agar, ampak sem nekaj očitno zajebala
tukaj, ker se mi ni nič zgostilo, je biskvit vse popivnal, ampak nič hudega, pač ta plast z višnjami ni očitna
Recept za kremo: zmešala sem navaden sojin jogurt 500g, 5 žlic mletega sladkorja, 1 vanili sladkor, žlička vanili extrakta, 3 žlice olja in 120g ohlajene stopljene cokolade (jedilne). To maso sem vmešala skupaj z agarjem po navodilih in polila čez vse skupaj, potem pa v hladilnik za par ur da se učvrsti. Pride podobna konsistenca kot puding ja, tako da bi šlo tudi s pudingom, ali svilnatim tofujem, indijskimi oreščki...
Pri bounty torti sem pa za nadev zmešala ohlajeno kokosovo mleko v gosto smetano, dodala sladkor v prahu po okusu, vanili sladkor, vanili extrakt, limonin sok 'za svežino' in kokosovo moko sem dodajala do želene gostote -> toliko da je res kompaktno in nikamor ne leze. Vodo od kokosovega mleka sem še malo sladkala, dodala vanili extrakt in napojila biskvit da je bil lepo sočen.

Ta jogurt je že sam po sebi ful sladek, jaz sploh ne bi dodajala sladkorja.
