Jaz delam eno podobno simpl sladico v kozarčkih - iz sadja, piškota + vanilijevega jogurta/deserta (bolj kremast) + enako razmerje navadnega jogurta (trd, ne tekoč, pa ga prej še odcedim na cedilu). Jogurta zmešam, dodam malo limoninega soka (nujno! takoj pride taka osvežilna krema, ublaži sladkobo deserta), ščep cimeta ali žličko ruma. Na dno kozarčka nadrobim piškot + malo ovsenih kosmičev, to potlačim, da se drobtine in kosmiči sprimejo skupaj.v kozarčke nato dam 1 plast jogurta, 1 tanko plast na drobno narezanih breskev, 1 plast jogurta in spet narezane breskve+maline na vrh. Dam v hladilnik še za kakšni 2 uri. Čisto za konec posujem s praženimi madljevimi lističi. Sumim, da bi bila okusna varianta z grškim jogutrom + da se bi na koncu sadje sladkalo z malo medu. Mmm!
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Delala sem jih po enem francoskem receptu, s pomočjo Google translate.
To so NAJBOLJŠI piškoti kar sem jih kdaj delala. No, bili so, ko sem jih prvič delala, danes sem jih delala drugič in sem naredila nekaj napak (pa ravno danes sem naredila 2 pladnja, prejšnjič pa samo enega za probo in so bili božanski, cmoooon). Predolgo sem jih pustila v hladilniku (v receptu tega sploh ni, ampak prvič sem jih vseeno dala za kake 10min, daes pa pol ure :/) in malenkost predebelo sem jih razvaljala - ne sme sicer biti pretanko, ampak definitivno manj kot pol cm. Peči jih je potrebno ravno prav dolgo - ko začnejo rumeneti, jih vzameš ven, da ostanejo rahli. Ko sem jih prvič delala, so bili res TAKOOO nadbožansko rahli, prav topili so se v ustih.
Tako da:
- ne predolgo v hladilniku (ali pa sploh ne)
- ne predebele
- ne predolgo peči
Aja, pa prvič sem dodala še malce mleka. Pa jaz ne naredim jajčne glazure.

Ingredients
- 300 g (10 1/2 oz) flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 150 g (5 1/2 oz) light muscovado sugar
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) fresh raspberries (or 100g of any other berries you like)
- 1 egg
- 150 g (5 1/2 oz) low fat plain yogurt
- 150 ml (5 fl oz) skimmed milk
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/ 200°C/fan oven 180°C. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper muffin cases.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and fruit.
3. Beat the egg, yogurt, milk and oil together, and then stir this into the dry ingredients. Be careful not to over mix! Spoon the muffin mixture into the paper cases.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the muffins are risen and golden brown. Cool in the tray for a few minutes, and then transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
Top tip: For perfect muffins do not over mix! When you add the wet ingredients to the dry ones lightly stir until just combined rather than using an electric whisk or similar.

Jina, se ti je smetana naredila? Meni se ni
drugič bom raje posebej stopila čokolado in jo vmešala v že stepeno smetano.
Biskvit mi je pa pretežek, bom naslednjič dala manj masla.

Sicer pa zdajle pečem biskvit in izgleda res ful čuden, pa delala sem vse po receptu. Bom videla, kak bo pečen. Sem hotela vzet že narejenega, ker ste ga hvalile, pa še nikoli nisem poskusila, pa v Sparu ravno tega niso več imeli.

Ja, ful bedno no, ravno zato sem hotela delat to sladico, ker je tako simpl.
Zdaj me je strah, da mi krema ne uspe, nimam rezervne smetane.
