Ne vem edino kater pekač naj uporabim, rada bi dobila kakšnega višjega za pito, ker tisti klasičen je prenizek. Za torto je pa... dolgočasen. :lol: Rada bi ta lep rob.



Danes sem jo naredila še s češnjami in breskvami. :eat:

Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila, 
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo. 
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene, 
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.

Jina, se ti je smetana naredila? Meni se ni :( drugič bom raje posebej stopila čokolado in jo vmešala v že stepeno smetano.
Biskvit mi je pa pretežek, bom naslednjič dala manj masla.

Ni piškoten, če bi rada takega mislim da moraš spustiti jaca oz. jih dati manj.

ne saj nočem takega, tko da super :D

Še vedno ostaja vprašanje višine - rada bi visoko torto, v pekaču 26.

Biskvit mi je pa pretežek, bom naslednjič dala manj masla.


Jaz sem jo drugače naredila, v stepeno sem dala na drobno naribano čokolado, ker pride ful bolj rahla.
Biskvit sem dala pa spet kupljen, ker mi je noro dober, ta maslen mi ni toliko.

Ja, bom jaz tudi tako naredila s smetano. Pa se mi je zdelo, da se ne bo dobro končal....
Jaz bom za biskvit vzela kak drug recept, ta pride preveč masten.

Peach and Raspberry Tart with Raw Mascarpone

Crust Ingredients:
  • 1 cup raw almonds*
  • 1 cup raw walnuts*
  • 1/3 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
Mascarpone Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked 2-4 hours and drained
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 TBSP agave syrup
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp white miso
Garnish Ingredients:
  • 5 small peaches
  • 1 cup raspberries
*Nuts can be soaked, drained and dehydrated.
Preparation:
Crust:
  • In a food processor pulse the nuts into a fine meal.
  • Add the dates, vanilla extract and salt.
  • Pulse until the dates are well incorporated and the mixture begins to clump together.
  • Press into a 9 inch tart pan.
Mascarpone:
  • Blend all of the ingredients together until a very smooth, thick texture is achieved.
Garnish:
  • Score a small x into the bottom on the peaches with a knife.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Add the peaches and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the peaches and place in a bowl or sink full of ice cold water.
  • Peel the skin from the peaches.
  • Slice very thin and set aside.
Assembly:
  • Add a thick layer of mascarpone to the prepared tart crust.
  • Add a circle of the peach slices, slightly overlapping each slice on its neighbour.
  • Fill the centre of the tart with fresh raspberries.
