No prehrano sem mela ok.
Bla sem tud na pregledu krvi in imam vse ok,še celo zelo dobro, je reko zdravnik da sem cura za pet bodova

popoldan- vrt, skos neki, od jutra

Mi smo enkrat službeno tja šli, v Podljubelj. Pa nismo našli nobenega adrenalina




Ah ja ... danes: prsa + biceps + trebuh. Biceps z negativnimi ponovitvami s pomočjo trenerja (bil sam, vsi nekaj bolehni). Jutri bo hudoo ... že sedaj komaj tipkam ...

Grem pojest en zrezek, pa šše kako žličko BCAA ... preventiva
