Jaz sem kupila enkrat Mercatorjevo nerazvaljano in sem skoraj živčnega fasala. Ni blo vredu, res ne.

^^Mi kupujemo že razvaljano listnato testo v Lidlu. Je ful na izi, samo razviješ ga, narežeš in voila.

Jagode z bazilikinim sladkorjem.
Tudi jaz sem to danes naredila in je prima! Sem pa svežo baziliko in rjavi sladkor pretresla v Jamie Oliver Flavour Shakerju!
Mi je pa dejansko res ven prišel bazilikin sladkor, skoraj listja ni bilo, samo zeleni sladkor, zakon!

Krema je prišla bolj tekoča in sem mislila, da bodo keksi čisto razmočeni, ampak niso, super.

Naredila sem po svoje neko eno različico sadnega tiramisuja. Bebi kekse sem namočila s sokom iz domačega češnjevega kompota, kremo pa naredila iz 500 g mascarponeja, 1 vrečke vanilijevega pudinga, 1 vrečke vanilijevega sladkorja in nekaj navadnega sladkorja, vmes pa sem primešala 450 g narezanih jagod. Zelo je dobro!
Marmelada, ali si puding skuhala posebej in ga potem zmešala z maskarponejem?
Jaz bom jutri najbrž delala to varianto sadnega tiramisuja z vloženimi višnjami, ampak še nisem odočena glede kreme, prvotno sem mislila zmešat skuto in sladko smetano, zdaj pa razmišljam, kako bi bilo s pudingom...???

Super, bom tudi na ta način probala, sliši se itak dobro.Jaz tudi to dostikrat naredim, ampak namesto mascarponeja (ne maram, mi je pretezek) kombiniram skuto, stepeno smetano in jogurt).
Z visnjami mi je najboljse.

Ja, puding sem skuhala in pustila, da se ohladi, potem pa sem ga zmešala z mascarponejem in na koncu primešala jagode. Sem razmišljala, da bi dala v kremo tudi malo stepene smetane, ampak potem nisem. Je bil pohvaljen.Marmelada, ali si puding skuhala posebej in ga potem zmešala z maskarponejem?
