Riž s praženimi indijskimi oreščki in marelicami/ali slivami. pa preostanek rukole s korenjem.

riževe rezance s popečeno zelenjavo

 

(pri takih rezancih je dober dodatek kitajsko zelje, zrezano na tanko, saj lepo poveže vse sestavine)

Hvala za ta recept zadnjič, noro dobro je bilo, jaz sem naredila brez tofuja, samo rezanci, zelenjava in arašidi. Edino malo preveč čilija sem dala, je blo pekoče kot satan. :D

:) Pa dejansko lahko še kakšno zelenjavo dodaš, po želji. :) (kar ti ostaja v hladilniku)

 

Tofu pa jaz vzamem res redko, ampak sem odkrila enega res zakon iz Kalčka, ki ima okus čemaža, in ko ga nadrobiš, izgleda isto kot jajce. :) :)

za jutri sem pa skuhala: polento s sezamom + paradižnikova omaka s korenjem in čičeriko, ter peteršiljem
