PZ krompirjevi njoki z šampinjoni in rumeno papriko v sojini omaki

Za praznike pa nameravam narediti Nutello. Izmed vseh receptov za veganske nutelle se mi zdi ta še najbolj zdrav. 

 

P.S. V Mullerju prodajajo ovseno smetano za kuhanje 200ml za 0.99€.

Ne odpre recepta, ampak njoke :) Saj so vsi po istem kopitu. Lešniki + kakav. Nujno lešnike prej daj v pečico za kratek čas. Tako bodo oddali maščobo in bo prišel tekoč namaz. Moraš pa imeti res dober in močan blender.

Ja, pa prazeni lesniki majo ful ful dober okus :) Midva sva jih zadnjic par dala na piskote, preden sva jih dala pect, in so bili odlicni :)

Evo, sem popravila, zdaj bi moralo odpret. Res je, da so osnova lešniki in kakav, ampak drugi recepti imajo še kokosovo olje, javorjev/agavin sirup... Ta je brez dodanih 

maščob, za sladilo pa so datlji, kar se mi zdi mnogo boljše.

^Tale recept za nutelo sem sprobala, res je dobra. Je pa kar nekaj različic receptov, bom vsakič enega drugega sprobala, da vidim, kateri je najboljši.

Ne poznam ostalih 2 zadev, sem pa nekje prebrala da je kot Marmite ja. Izgleda pa kot gladka rjava pasta.

Meni so te zadeve same po sebi prav ogabne, ampak v nekatere jedi pa res pašejo. Kakšne rižote, mariniran tofu ipd.

Prvotno naj bi bilo namenjeno mazanju na kruh ali krekerje. :sick:

Meni ni ogabno, če poskusim res 'pikico', ima pa močan vonj in je okus po pečenki :D Je fant tudi potrdil. Nisem še uporabila. 

Na kruh pa tudi jaz ne bi mazala, glede na ceno. 

 

Btw, kako vse uporabite kokosovo mleko? Jaz kar nimam idej, rada pa bi kak res simpl recept. Sem ga že dala v

smoothie, pa pride v pravi kombinaciji sicer OK, ampak mi ni všeč da je mastno. Alnaturin se mi je prej pokvaril, 

kot sem ga uspela porabit, pa sploh nikoli ni bil homogen.

Jaz ga ponavadi dam v curry (imam rahlo obsesijo z njim zadnje case, ga sigurno naredim vsak teden), drugace pa bolj kot ne v sladice. Dobis ga pa v vse sorte "mascobnih razredih" - pac kupi tistega, ki ima npr. 7 g mascobe na 100 g izdelka in ne 20+ kot Alnaturin, pa se ti ne bo tako ocitno loceval in napol strdil ;) Drugace se pa menda fajn obnese v panna cotti (strjenki) - me se caka ta eksperiment enkrat kmalu. Nekateri full-fat kokosovo mleko oz. tisti del, ki se strdi v hladilniku, stepejo v smetano, fajn se obnese tudi pri sladoledu ipd.

A mogoče katera pozna vegansko prehrano (predvsem možnost jesti brez glutena) v Novi Gorici?

Pa za Koper bi tudi potrebovala to informacijo.

Mogoce ti ta seznam pride kaj prav? Brez glutena bi ti morali znati kaj ponudit povsod, ce ne drugega kako rizoto ali polento, juhe in solate, ponekod tudi recimo ajdovo kaso ali kvinojo.

 

V Kopru sva midva zelo dobro jedla v restavraciji Piknik (mislim, da sva imela falafel kroznik in pikantne kremne testenine, ki so bile bozanske!). Drugace pa obale ne poznam ravno - verjetno bi ti v tej skupini znali bolje odgovorit.

Jaz sem kokosovo mleko (v bistvu smetano, ker ima ta, ki jo imam, cez 20 % m) sicer zacela uporabljati sele nedolgo nazaj, ampak sem jo uporabila v vec jedeh, ki bi jih sicer obogatila s sojino smetano; rizote, testenine, kus kus, ajdovo kaso, kvinojo ... Zraven dam vec stvari, po trenutnem navdihu in glede na vsebino hladilnika; razlicne vrste tofuja, sejtan, razlicno zelenjavo in zacimbe (tudi karija veliko uporabljam). S kokosovo smetano pride ful okusno in kremastno, hkrati pa se okusa po kokosu ne cuti prevec, je dokaj blag. Aja, za sladice sem jo pa ze veckrat prej uporabila, kljub temu da se ne stepe tako dobro, kot navadna ali rastlinska.
