Jaz dam sojino mleko z okusom vanilije iz Hoferja. Kivi + banana je super kombinacija.

Tako, ja, Freya :) Dam Valsoia vanilijevo mleko. Včasih tudi mandljevo-riževo, tudi zelo paše.

Jaz dam skoraj vedno 2 kivija za osnovo, mi ni prekislo (zmiksam pa še žličko goji jagod in suhih brusnic). Banano dam redko, pa še to samo pol, ker ne maram.
Ponavadi dam:
2 kivija (ali 1 kivi + jagode)
grenivka
pomaranča
goji jagode
brusnice

Jaz tudi zelo pogosto dam pomarančo, mi je zelo všeč, tak osvežilen. Jagode so itak zakon, gozdni sadeži pa ne toliko, ker ostanejo tiste mini koščičke.

Danes sem se prvič lotila delat ajdove polpete, in ne morem ravno rečt da so uspeli :D
Najprej sem skuhala kašo, katero sem potem umešala v stepeno jajce, peteršilj, česen, sol in začimbe pač. Ampak je bilo čisto premehko, ni se oblikovalo v polpete. A je bilo preveč jajc?

Koliko pa daš ti? Jaz sem dala 2 jajca, ampak so bila domača, res tini mini, za cca 100 - 120g kaše.

jaz sem prvič naredila isto napako - sigurno je premalo drobtin. Sem bila presenečena koliko sem jih morala dat za 100g kaše.

Dobila sem naslednji napotek:
Drobtine dodajaj toliko časa da lahko oblikuješ polpete. Če bo drobtin preveč bodo polpete preveč zbite, če pa premalo pa razpadejo.

Enako je s piškoti in podobnimi stvarmi, dodajaš moko, če je preredko, ali maslo, če je pregosto.

Tukaj pa gostiš z drobtinami. :) Drugače pa teh polpetov še nisem naredila, ampak nameravam.

Men tud pri brokoliju ni čist jasno, kaj je s temi barvami... kaj pa tisto, ko je malo modro-vijoličast, a je to OK???
