barbarina: to ga bolj zato jem, ker ravno raste zdele in ga zelim porabit, kar sem ga nabrala, pa ker je zdrav in tako.. Drugace sem se pa okusa ze navelicala =D

Meni je čemaž zakon, ampak kaj, ko se njegov okus čuti še pol dne, ima še katera to težavo?
Pa nimam nekih drugih idej kot naredit iz njega juho in pa pesto. Še kak predlog?
Danes sem po dolgem času naredila nadev za v kupljene pšenične tortilje: por, koruza, bučke, rdeča paprika, fižol, začimbe, mezga
in pa mešano solato: zelena solata, paradižnik, koruza, feta

Jaz ga dam v solato ali pa k ostali zelenjavi v rižoto/testenine. Ampak se ne sme predolgo dušit, ker izgubi barvo in okus.

Odlična rižota pride, še boljša, če daš malo špinače, in čisto na koncu kakšno minuto še čemaž. Ampak ne pretiravat s količino.
Majhno pest na drobno sesekljano.

Čemaževa pita. To je najboljše kar obstaja
Danes kuham: riž z zelenjavo in zraven bom popekla malo sira za na žar.
