Jina, kontroverzno : )) Je pa res, kar si napisala glede odmerjanja. Meni se v hipu vpije in se moram kontrolirati, da ne nanašam preveč bogato.

Sedaj me mika kakšna krema s peptidi. Spomnite me, zakaj so že tako pohvaljeni (sem prebrala glavne učinke)?

Jaz sem pa ravno 2 tedna nazaj kupila azelaicno od TO na Notinu, zankrat zgleda fajn ampak moram pazit, da ne mazem vsak vecer, drugace me zateguje. Nekih hudih ucinkov pa se ni, uporabljam premalo casa.

Jaz zdaj ta retinol od Malince porabim, bom zdaj začela vsak večer, C vit pa bom dala na zjutraj, potem pa bom šla tudi na retinal, potem pa bom mogoče spet poskusila s tretinoinom. :)

Kako se pa zalagate s tretinoinom? Sem šla v Valenciji v eno lekarno vprašat pa je na recept samo.
Škoda, da se pri nas dobi samo kombinacija s klindamicinom.

Jaz sem lani v Valenciji kupila v dveh različnih lekarnah brez problema. Mogoče so zaostrili ali pa je odvisno od lekarne do lekarne.

Na redditu je thread o tem od konca 2024, da je bil Retirides težko dobavljiv in se dobi samo na Rp, po EU regulativi. Najbrž je pa res tud od lekarne/lekarničarja odvisno.

Aja, kero jakost? Jaz mam 0,05 Retin A in mi je za cez noc recimo ok, Retirides 1% mi pa skuri kozo. Oboje imam v hladilniku in se samo vcasih spomnim namazat, moram vsaj ti dve konca porabit.
