Res fantastočen comfort food in enak okus, kot da bi bila omaka iz pravega sira. Zelo priporočam. Delala sem pa vse po receptu, ključ do uspeha so kvasni kosmiči.
Koliko pride te omake po tem receptu? Bi dala v skrinjo potem in po potrebi odtajevala, ker večinoma kuham samo zase naenkrat.

Kvasni kosmiči so pravo odkritje! Sem skuhala mac&cheese, kok dober recept.
Delala sem z riževim mlekom, pa vse zelo na približno sem zmetala skupaj in spustila par stvari, pa je vseeno prišlo ful okusno.
Ta omaka res pride presenetljivo 'sirasta'.

Ravno danes sem ga delala, vedno uspe, in vedno pojeva s fantom skupaj 500 gramov testenin. Res fantastičen recept, poleg pa velika skleda solata, ma ne mi rečt, da je kdo lačen. 
Danes sem zapravljala v Kalčku, tam pa res takoj pustiš 30 evrov. Nabavila sem tudi ta namaz, ki je res svetoven, okus po lešniku, ampak ne preveč sladek.

A tudi jedilni kvas, je, OK. Nisem vedela.
Lahko narediš kakšno tako omako za čez bučke, kot je npr bešamel ali kot zadnjič pri mac and cheese, in poliješ čez.
Drugače pa Violife veganski sir, je več okusov, ta za na pico je super, ga daš malo, naribaš.

So v kateri temi zbrani recepti za doma narejen sladoled? Bi kakšnega veganskega naredila, ki nima sto različnih sestavin in dolgega postopka. Nekaj receptom sem si že shranila z neta, me pa zanima, kateri so vam najboljši?
