Kupila v Merkatorju, je bila znižana, bio. :)

 

Kako ti je uspela krompiruša? Je bila dobra? :)

Je uspela. :) Je pa več dela, kot sem si mislila. Krompir sem ful dolgo pajsala. Pa malo svežega zelja sem dala vmes in neke mešanice začimb za pečen krompir. Končni rezultat pa mi vseeno ni bil tako waw, da bi komaj čakala, kdaj jo bom spet lahko jedla, malo pusto se mi je zdelo.

 

 

Hokaido tudi nezamrznjena zdrzi. Na hladnem, suhem in temnem prostoru jo moras hraniti. Mi imamo se celo kosaro buc od poleti.

Tega pa nisem vedela. Lani sem jih potem hotela čimprej ponucat, ker sem se bala, da bodo začele gnit. Si jih bom letos dala nekaj na strah v klet. Ker je itak vedno tako, da kar naenkrat zraste ful buč, ki jih ne utegneš sproti porabit. :)

 

Danes sem naredila široke rezance z dimljenim lososom in smetanovo omako.

v soboto smo jedli: krompir iz pečice, ajdove polepte, brokoli na sopari in veliko solate

 

Včeraj sem nama pa naredila Pad Thai brez mesa. Kupila sem že pripravljeno omako, dala veliko zelenjave in je bil božanski. Polizala sva ponev!
