Ni mascarpone premalo trd?
Za drugič... Notri daš zavitek ali 2 KREMFIXa. Meni je zelo dobra na vrhu krema iz maskarponeja, malo sladkorja v prahu in whiskyja, konjaka...ter kremfix seveda, mmm

Jaz sem najprej naredila zvezdice, potem ko so bile že na pladnju, sem jih pa premazala z beljakom (in sladkorjem) s čjano žličko, ni bilo težko.
Meni so res božanskeeee.

Jaz sem od kolegice dobila razpokane piškote s kokosom, božanski, moram vprašat za recept. To je v bistvu tudi edino od sladkega, kar sem jedla čez praznike, sploh mi nič ni pasalo.

Fraya ja, ti arašidovi piškoti so ful dobri, jaz jih delam za božič, taki hrustljavi in obenem žmohtni so... dobite jutri ves material.

Tukaj je pa recept za Piškote z arašidi
120g zmehčanega masla
120g sladkorja (jaz sem dala rjavega)
80g trsnega sladkorja
1 vanilijev strok (ali vanilij sladkor ali ekstrakt...)
125g arašidovega masla
rahlo stepeno jajce
175g moke (jaz sem dala spet pirino)
2 žlički pecilnega praška
ščepec soli
75g nasekljanih arašidov
in še malo celih arašidov za dekoracijo (tud če ne)
Moko, sol in pecilni prašek skupaj presejemo. Penasto zmešamo sladkor in maslo, dodamo arašidovo maslo, jajce, vanilijo in moko, na koncu pa še nasekljane arašide. Testo damo v hladilnik za nekaj časa. Potem oblikujemo piškote, raje malo manjše, ker se precej razlezejo in pečemo cca 15 minut oz. dokler ne postanejo zlate barve na 180°C.
Ful so dobri in super pašejo zdele pozmi. Še moja fotka.
