Jabolka povečajo apetit, grenivke so ravno kontra. Pa sadje se je pred obrokom, ne po njem, ker se neprimerljivo hitreje prebavi in ti v želodcu zavre vse skupaj.

Sveta Marija, cela znanost iz tega. Jaz sem 0, in vidim, da sem najmanj problematična skupina (kar sem malega prebrala), in je tudi res, lahko jem vse kadarkoli, nimam nikoli nobenih problemov.

Fora je v tem, da jaz nisem kaj veliko dala na to...potem pa sem začela imet probleme in sem ugotavljala zakaj - edina korelacija je krvna skupina. Zdej tud vem, zakaj maram purana bolj kot piščanca, jagnjetino bolj kot govedino, svinjino... Zakaj mi banana, mango, kaki (in še kaj) delajo slabo...
Sem pa AB+ - poberem vse dobro in hkrati vse slabo od A in B.

Saj če ti paše in se ne počutiš napihnjene, je OK. Meni po obroku nikoli ne paše, mi pa drug cuker.

Ko pecete s polnozrnato moko - recimo pico, alpa kake cmoke, karkoli pac, a jo uporabljate samo ali jo mesate z belo?
Kakor želiš.. če hočeš imet popolnoma PZ stvar je ne mešaš, če ne pa ja. Jaz kakorkdaj, večinoma zmešan z belo.

Če je pšenična PZ moka, je fajn mešat z belo (predvsem za sladice), ali pa jo samo preseješ.
Drugače je pa PZ pirina moka dobra za vse, ker je bolj rahla.
