Danes sem si skuhala domače dušeno kislo zelje in kuhan krompir na kocke.

danes ne bo pire krompir in špinača ampak pire krompir in filane paprike.
Jaz jo bom verjetno pojedla jutri, ker sem sita odk osila v službi, fanta pa itak jutri ni, tako da je win win combination

Danes sem nama spekla omleto iz jajc, mleka, začimb, ovsenih kosmičev, paprike, pora, česna in korenja, zraven sva imela sveže iztisnjen pomarančni sok, nom nom
Včeraj sva pa prvič kalamare spekla, zraven pa veliiiko tržaške nardila

samo zeleno solato z bučnim oljem si bom naredila, pa pritaknila nekaj paradižnikov, ker sem sama, kasneje pa bo tako babica delala večerjo...

Za predjed bojo popečeni patlidžani z bivoljo mocarelo, paradižniki in kaprami. Pol bojo pa prime ribs s tenstano špinačo. Za sladico pa sacher torta.

Skuhala sem polento, jo nekaj vlila v globlji pekač. Potem sem na kokosovem olju popražila čebulo, dodala malo soli in narezane sveže šampinjone. To mešanico sem razporedila po polenti, dodala sem še malo nasekljanega svežega peteršilja. Čez sem polila še eno plast polente. Povrh te plasti pa sem razporedila naribane bučke, ki sem jih prav tako podušila na čebuli, z dodatkom stisnjenega česnovega stroka.Čez je prišla še ena, tanjka plast polente. Potem sem dala vse skupaj za 15 min v pečico, da se je zgornja plast lepo zlato zapekla.
Zraven bo popečen tofu pa velika skleda motovilca.
Nadvse okusno, preprosto in vegansko!
