Hvala, bom šla jutri iskat.

 

Sem pa prebrala na FB, da bodo prodajali v Hoferju tudi presne tortice (Lizin Vrt). Zakon!!!

Ena malo nevmesna - a se riževo / mandljevo / ovseno mleko dejansko pokvari 4 dni po odprtju? Včeraj sem hotela kupit, ker bi začela kaj od tega uporabljat, ampak ni šans, da to porabim po 4h dneh!

14 dni? :o Ta je pa vseeno malo dolga. Verjetno je odvisno od posamezne znamke/recepta tudi. Jaz sicer vedno vse koncam v roku enega tedna (pa ce tudi to pomeni, da specem mafine in jih nesem sabo na faks ;)).

Kinky, vse na slikah izgleda slastno! :) Same take jedi, ki so tudi meni ful dobre. Sploh testenine so pri meni pogosto na jedilniku, kus kus sem sicer malo zapostavila, polento z zelenjavno omako in zapečeno v pečici sem pa tudi že večkrat naredila, odkar sem prvič videla tvojo sliko na forumu. :) Sicer jaz dam gor še sir. Je pa to pogosteje na jedilniku poleti in jeseni, ko je domača zelenjava. Jaz namreč nimam neke navade pozimi na veliko kupovati trgovinske paprike, paradižnik, bučke in ostale poletne pridelke. Imam doma tofu in sem zdaj dobila idejo, da bi si ga danes ali jutri naredila s kus kusom, šampinjoni in bučko. :)

 

Krompiruše pa sploh ne poznam in sem šla zdaj poiskat recept. Deluje ful dobro. Na Kulinariki sem gledala. Kaj je mišljeno s tem :"Na koncu prekuhamo 1 - 2 dl vode z 1 žlico Vegete in prelijemo vroče na vroče."? Vročo začinjeno vodo zliješ v pekač, pač preliješ po krompiruši in potem še nekaj časa pečeš, da voda izpari? V nadev date samo krompir ali še kakšno drugo zelenjavo? Ko daš krompir v testo mora biti najbrž še napol trd? Tiste, ki ste veganke, kaj date na vrh namesto masla? Kako margarino, kokosovo maščobo ali sploh nič?

Jaz se tudi trudim kupovati malo nesezonske zelenjave, ampak nekaj pa vseeno nabavim, sploh kakšno papriko ali bučke. Paradižnike jem pa samo poleti, v sezoni. :)

 

Ti bom sedaj napisala kako jaz delam krompirušo. :)

 

Najprej kupim od Mercatorja vlečeno testo, je vegansko.

 

Količine so vse 'od oka':

 

1 malo večja čebula

2 stroka česna

svež peteršilj

sol

poper

rdeča paprika

krompir

(po želji zelena Vegeta ali vege kocka)

 

Najprej sesekljam česen in čebulo, čebulo malo potenstam na rastlinski maščobi, da postekleni. Nato dodam česen in NARIBAN krompir, dodam vodo/zelenjavno juho, tenstam, začinim z začimbami. Krompir pripravim do konca,

ni surov, je kar kuhan, ko gre v zavitke. Nato vzamem en list testa, in ga prerežem na pol. Vmes dam nadev (krompir) in zrolam, kot vidiš na sliki. Vsak zavite posebej zavijem, in ga položim v namaščen pekač.

 

 

:!:  :!:  :!: Sedaj pa še najbolj pomembna stvar. V posodici zmešam malo olja, nekaj kapljic, in veliko vode. Nato krompirušo premažem,

kar precej. Dam v pečico, in vmes še večkrat premažem s to mešanico olja in vode. Lahko pa komot tudi samo z vodo, pride ravno tako super.

Zadnjič sem kupila to in je ful dobro. Zelenjava, tofu in bulgur. Ponavadi so te zadeve (sploh te že pripravljene) precej meeeh, ta pa je dejansko zelo okusna. Naslendnič kupim še ostale iz te linije. Za kaj na hitro pojest, ali za si nest kosilo v službo, idealno.

Aja, jaz sem kupila v ITA, imajo pa ful različnih teh "že pripravljenih krožnikov". Sem mislila, da se pri nas v Leclercu tudi dobi.
