A ni sexy?
Recept je sicer v španščini, jaz sem si ga kar prevedla z Google Chrome funkcijo.
Ingredients for the sourdough (hydrated to 100%):
* 150 gr bread flour
150 ml warm water *
* 5 gr fresh yeast
* a pinch of salt
Ingredients for the rest of the dough:
* 600 gr bread flour
200 ml warm water *
* 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
* 20 g fresh yeast
* Mix one teaspoon garlic-parsley flakes (if not, dried parsley and garlic for separately)
* a teaspoon of salt
Ingredients for filling:
* 10 pitted green olives
* a drizzle of olive oil extra virgin
* 30 gr grated cheese (I used Grana Padano-)
Ingredients for decoration:
* leaves fresh cilantro or parsley
* flour for dusting

Limona, recept navaja da moraš dat 2 cups bread flour in 1 cup all-purpose flour, kako si ti to dala, a si dala samo normalno moko? Jih bom naredila ta vikend!
Sem dala 3 cups navadne moke, ker tiste bread flour pač nisem imela. Pa se mi ne zdi, da bi jim zato kaj falilo. Če jo imaš pa kje možnost dobiti (fora je v tem, da ima več glutena in da naj bi bil potem kruh boljši), pa uporabi tisto. Poročaj, ko jih narediš.
Ja, res bi bili verjetno še boljši s svežimi začimbami. Pa hvala, ker ste prestavile sem, verjetno res bolj spada pod kruh tole.
