Saj verjetno vse jemo sadje in zelenjavo, ane? C-vitamina ima iz hrane vsak dovolj, res takoj dobiš dnevno dozo, ob dokaj normalni prehrani.
Jaz ga jemljem vseeno, 1000 mg na dan, predvsem zaradi odpornosti in kožo imam lepšo (na to sicer bolj B-kompleks vpliva, ampak tudi C ni brez vloge pri tem).

Vse kar je viška, gre praktično ven. Če je zaradi bolezni večja potreba po vitaminu C, se pač poje na dan več sadja, ki ima visoko vsebnost vitamina C. More than enough.

Ja, mi je jasno, ampak ne vem, zakaj potem v nekaterih primerih priporočajo količine, ki so 20X višje od priporočenih. Jaz zase vem, da imam boljšo odpornost, če jemljem, kot če ne.

Jaz imam odpornost že nasplošno dobro ampak letos sem ga jedla v povprečju, ko se me je nekaj lotevalo... 1500mg na dan.
Žal ne moram cel dan jest kivije za to dozo, pa tudi ne verjamem, da je v kivijih, ki jih kupim dovolj c- vitamina.
Drugače pa jem sadje res čisto vsak dan, kivije sploh, skorajda vsak dan kakšnega, pa ananas, banane,pomaranče, grenivke (slednje dvoje zgolj sok).
Tako da ni, da ne bi jedla sadja.

Imaš tablete ali prašek iz acerole - karibske češnje (tablete so npr. od A. Vogla).
Potem obstaja camu camu, ki ima baje največ C-vitamina (tudi naravna reč, poguglaj).


Za camu camu se nisem slisala, grem brskat. : )

Jaz zadnji mesec jem klamatske alge, naravna rec, vsebujejo pa marsikaj - od beljakovin, vitaminov, mineralov do esencialnih mascobnih kislin (omega-3, omega-6), itd.. ---> klik.

Kaj pa te, je že katera imela, namesto B kompleksa? Sploh ne vem kakšna naj bi bila razlika.

pač, jz bi raj splošne jemala, torej spekter vseh vitaminov, v primeru, če ne bi npr., mogla nujno jest samo skoncentriranga B kompleksa za kšno vidno težavo

Kot je napisala Rea, v B kompleksu so samo vitamini skupine B, v vitaminih za lase, kožo in nohte pa poleg B kompleksa se beljakovine ter minerali baker, jod, železo, cink, mangan, magnezij in selen. Vec o funkciji nekaterih mineralov ---> klik.
