Aja, še nekaj uteži, ki pa razen za določene vaje zadoščajo kvečjemu za ogrevanje. Ah, saj sem itak 3x tedensko v fitnessu.

jah..mal se mi je nabralo gor cez zimo.. mam pa ze v osnovi bolj mocna..pac, po mami..ampak to vem da je kar je..za speh me zanima

In z daljšimi teki - pa ne mislim maratona, pač pa 5-10km bi se ti moralo stanje popravit. Uro teka ... pa prej ne jest, tko da se boš prisiljena napajat iz maščobnih zalog. Maščob se tako ali tako ne moreš znebiti drugače kot z daljšimi aktivnostmi, je bilo že n-krat napisano, pa ne samo z moje strani.

Uro teka je za začetnike preveč. Stopnjuješ počasi.
2 uri pred kakršnokoli vadbo nič jest. V nasprotnem primeru, ti bo želodec povrnil zlobo .

Primeren urnik za začetnike se dobi na http://bowerman.nike.com/bowerman/. (izbereš Train, nato jezik in potem imaš Training schedules. Izbereš pri "beginner" - 5K schedule. To je program ki te pripravi da si sposoben pretečt 5km. Ker je verjetno dimenzioniran na debelušne američane, po potrebi ustrezno količino začetnih tednov preskočiš, pač po potrebi.
