Te polpete moram probat!
Še moje testenine z brokolijem.
Brokoli sem oprala, nalomila na cvetke (ne prav majhne), tudi steblo sem uporabila (samo res trd del sem zavrgla), zblanširala v osoljeni vodi-vode nisem zavrgla.
V globji ponvi sem na olivnem olju stekleno prepražila čebulo, dodala par strokov česna in brokoli. Brokoli sem malo "speštala", dodala skuhane testenine (meni so te najboljše, drugače bi uporabila svedrčke ali metuljčke), jaz sem jih skuhala v vodi, kjer se je kuhal brokoli. Nato sem dodala ene dva na drobno narezana na soncu sušena paradižnika v olju in malo parmezana. Začinila po okusu, meni ful paše čili, poleg soli in popra. Dala sem še malo muškatnega oreščka. Če se vam zazdi, lahko dodate še mal vode. Drugače dam še prepražene pinjole, samo jih zdaj nisem mela.
Na grobo narezan parmezan je pika na i.
Aja, to zraven je piščanc.
SUPER, bom nardila danes, minus piščanec.

Ti dam en nasvet: naredi manjše kroglice, jaz sem naredila prevelike, sem potrebovala, da se je
nato polpet več časa pekel. Drugače je pa fajn recept, če imaš kakšen kuhan krompir za porabit,
lahko je priloga, ali pa samostojna jed.

Pa tole solato bom enkrat naredila:
Grozdna solata z mocarelo
Radič in endivijo operemo in natrgamo na lističe. Operemo, osušimo in razpolovimo grozdne jagode. Za preliv vzamemo ščepec sladkorja, sol, poper in kis. Sestavine zmešamo in jim med močnim stepanjem dodamo oljčno olje.
Ocvremo koščke mocarele. Narezano mocarelo pomakamo v razžvrkljan beljak in drobtine, ki smo jim dodali malo čilija. Na hitro jih popečemo na vročem olju.
Endivijo in radič začinimo s prelivom ter primešamo polovičke grozdnih jagod in ocvrto mocarelo.

Indian cauliflower and chickpea curry
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbs medium-hot curry paste (such as rogan josh)
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups (375ml) salt-reduced vegetable stock
- 1/2 large cauliflower (about 500g), trimmed, cut into florets
- 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
- 200g frozen peas
- 2 cups steamed basmati rice
- 1 tbs chopped coriander leaves
- 4 tbs (1/3 cup) low-fat natural yoghurt
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until soft. Add curry paste and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the tomatoes and stock, then bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add cauliflower and chickpeas, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the peas and simmer for a further 3 minutes or until all the vegetables are just tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir the coriander into the yoghurt. Serve the curry on rice, topped with a spoonful of the coriander yoghurt.

Baked Cod With Crispy Herbed Topping

Ampak katera riba je to, "cod"? Pa najbolj me ne potegne, da bi šla delat, zaradi tega ultra specialnega ranch seasoning-a, s katerim je še kar nekaj dela.
