Saj v argentinotu te vedno to vpraša, ampak zdaj se ne spomnim, kateri izraz uporabi. :D

Ja saj ravno zato, v Argentinosu jem vsak petek in mi je vedno ful problem razlagat, da bi srednje pečeno, ampak mogoče še malo manj kot srednje, ampak ne pa čisto surovo - če pa zaradi Ramsya vem, da obstaja lep izraz medium rare, pa me zanima, če je v slo tut. :D

 

Meni vedno reče, kako želim pečeno, nič ne ponudi možnosti haha. :D

Sade, o soji (in konkretno o tem linku) smo ze vsaj 2x razpravljali tu na forumu.

 

 

 

Meni je vsa ta gonja okrog soje odvratna. Drži, procesirana hrana je problematična (z več vidikov), pa GSO tudi ni vedno fajn stavr (tudi z več vidikov), pa še kaj bi se našlo. Me pa čudi, da ob množici študij, ki kažejo povezave med vnosem živil živalskega izvora in raznimi boleznimi, ki so vodilni vzroki smrti v pretežnem delu sveta, ni kakšnega preplaha in se vsi otepajo tega, da bi morali kaj spremenit (kar se tiče prehrane ali življenjskega stila) kot hudič križa. Se mi zdi, da je pač publika lačna novic, ki potrjujejo to, kar hočejo slišat (ne da bi rabili premislit/spremenit stvari, ki jih praktično vse življenje jemljejo kot samoumevne). So bile zanime psihološke študije narejene na to temo (psychology of persuasion oz. disengagement beliefs in selective exposure theory, če se komu googla ;)).

Zdaj če imaš take ali drugačne (utemeljene ali fiktivne) težave s sojo, se ji pač izogibaš, saj ni težko, če se držiš stran od procesirane hrane. Jaz čisto enostavno shajam brez nje (čeprav je stereotipno skorajda sinonim za vegetarijanstvo/veganstvo).

SCIENCE: "Review finds NO Effect of soy on testosterone" - METAREVIEW STUDY
Despite rumours often spread on the internet, "A review of 15 studies into the influence of soy proteins or isoflavones on male hormones has found No evidence of an estrogen-like effect." These rumours stemmed from a handful of flawed reports. "The authors criticized the studies that reported lowered testosterone levels for their methodology." One of them had only 12 subjects in it. In another, the researchers forgot to include a control, and final readings, rendering their results useless. In another one the entire result was due to just 1 subject. The soy scares were based on this flawed science. It was actually found that Soy does not cause breast cancer, protstate cancer, thyroid problems, infant formula problems, or estrogenic effects, on the contrary "Eating soy demonstrated protection against breast cancer, prostate cancer, and heart disease." Eating Soy was confirmed benficial. For women, children, and indeed men.

Ja, ni panike, saj vem, da ob razlicnih casih beremo razlicne teme, ki se nam pac takrat zdijo aktualne ;) Samo na ta WeAreChange in sojo sem pa ze kar malo (metaforicno) alergicna, ker se kar naprej pojavljajo na forumu, FB, krozijo po mejlih itd. ;).

zmrznila sem že vse ... ajdove, bučkine, zelenjavne...

samo žal izgubijo na okusu ... meni vedno pridejo gumijasti ... jih pa pečem v pečici in tudi zmrznjene odtajam in segrejem v pečici ... mogoče je pa tu problem.
